Never received item
My item was sent to my physical address and not my postal mail address. I have contacted this company every bit of 20 times and have not got a response yet. All I asked for was for them to fill out a form of wheres my package. My package is lost in the mail. It was last in Indianapolis. I dont understand why this company cannot contact the individual back and look for their package. I even asked for a refund and have not received that either. I am a very upset customer.
